Create logins and control who can use the app. Staff sign in with the username only (e.g. ali). Admins see Log, Dashboard and Settings.
Edit items, Arabic text and points. Points must total exactly 100. Removed items stay in old inspections.

One room per line: room, floor, room type. Example: 214, 2, Deluxe King. Supervisors can then only choose rooms from this list.

When you open the app on this device and a backup is due, a full .db backup downloads by itself (to your Downloads folder). Move the files to Google Drive from time to time.
Step 1 downloads the chosen months as Excel + a backup file. Step 2 removes them from the database to free space. The backup file can be imported again at any time (Data → Import backup).
Opens an Archive_Backup_….json or a .db backup file in the Log and Dashboard without putting it back in the database (no space used). Close archive returns to live data.
Inspections from all users are stored centrally in the database. Export to Excel for reporting. Import backup uploads old backup files; duplicates are skipped.
Every edit, close and delete of a saved inspection, with who did it and when.
